Account deletion
Users can request deletion of their Lina account in one of the following ways:
In the app
Open Lina
Go to Settings
Select “Delete account”
Confirm the request
By email
If you cannot access the app, contact us at: support@getlina.app
Please include the email address associated with your Lina account.
What happens when you delete your account
When your account is deleted:
Your personal account information (such as email address and profile data) is removed
Your access to Lina is permanently disabled
Shared content (such as messages, photos, and lists) is not automatically deleted, as it may be shared with another parent.
This data remains available to the other connected parent.
Some information may be retained temporarily where required by law or for security purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
